Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 to 2 cans diced green chilies
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk or half and half
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place cheese in pan and top with diced chilies.
In separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and flour.
Pour over top of chilies.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cut into squares and serve hot.
