Day Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. or 12 cooked and mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. room temperature cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
grated onion to taste
Preparation

Beat all ingredients well; spoon into lightly greased casserole.
Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
