Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar or 1 lb. box
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. oil of flavor desired
    1 or 2 drops food coloring
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter; blend well. Add oil and mix well. Add color to water, then add to mixture (should be like pie crust dough; if not, add more sugar). Can be rolled and cut or used in cookie molds.
