Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper or pimiento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (10 oz.) pkg. 5 minute sweet whole kernel corn
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except corn in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add corn and bring again to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until corn is just tender.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 2 cups.
