Hearty Italian Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian turkey sausage
    2 medium green peppers
    1 large onion
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 (8 oz.) cans water
    2 Tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 oz. uncooked shell macaroni
    2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Brown turkey, peppers and onion; drain fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese.
    Cover and cook 25 minutes.
    Add macaroni and cook 15 minutes more.
    If desired, top with cheese.
