Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
3 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar.
Beat in egg whites.
Stir in pineapple and vanilla.
Stir together flours, cinnamon and soda.
Stir into liquid ingredients and beat well. Fold in carrots and nuts.
Pour into a nonstick sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
