Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettuccine noodles
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. basil (fresh or ground)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package instructions.
    Mix the seasonings with the melted butter.
    Toss with the warm noodles. Mix in cream and cheeses; stir gently until Swiss cheese is melted and noodles are coated.
    Saute mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of butter and garlic salt to taste.
    Garnish fettuccine with mushrooms and serve immediately.
