Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1 flat can crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix together oil and sugar.
Add half of dry ingredients.
Mix well and beat in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Add vanilla and rest of dry ingredients.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat until well blended after each addition.
