Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size zucchini, cut in chunks (unpeeled)
    1 each: medium size carrot, onion, green pepper, celery and radish (if desired)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Pour the creamed mixture into a large bowl and add the drained vegetables.
    Mix lightly and add 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning or other if preferred.
    Gently toss in 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Batter should be consistency of a cake batter.
    If too thin, add more Bisquick before folding in the grated cheese.
    Other cheeses may be used if desired.
    Pour batter into a large well-greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    This freezes very good.
