Elegant Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts
2 medium zucchini (1 lb.), shredded
3 slices white bread
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. finely diced onion
dash of garlic powder
dash of cayenne
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

About 1 1/2 hours before serving, prepare stuffing.
Melt butter over medium heat, add zucchini and cook until tender, about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
