Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain thoroughly.
    Place broccoli cuts in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Stir together soup and grated cheese.
    Add milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup mix.
    Pour over broccoli in baking dish.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven for 45 minutes, until crumbs are lightly brown.
    Serves 6.
