Fire Station Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
4 oz. can diced green chiles
24 flour tortillas
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Brown beef and onions, stirring until meat crumbles. In a saucepan, stir and heat soup, milk and chiles. Cut tortillas into 1 inch squares. In a baking dish, layer tortillas, cooked meat, soup mixture and grated cheese; repeat layers, topping with grated cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20-30 minutes.
