Pan Coating - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
3 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Mixture will be stiff.
Store in a lidded jar in the refrigerator. Coat pans with this mixture. Do not use flour after coating.
This is used instead of greasing and flouring pans.
Mixture will keep quite sometime.
