Vanilla Ice Cream(Freezer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
4 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens.
Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 gallon.
