Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
4 slices bacon
1/3 c. onion
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. milk
1 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix (16 oz.)
2 cans minced clams
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Fry bacon.
Use bacon grease and add onion, butter and flour.
Stir milk into bouillon mix, then slowly add bacon, onion, butter and flour mixture.
Add chopped up bacon, clams and broccoli and cauliflower mixture. Simmer and cook for 1/2 hour.
