Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg (beaten)
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Heat milk to lukewarm, combine with sugar, oil, egg, salt and yeast mixture. Stir in flour gradually.
    Knead by stirring smooth.
    Let rise in bowl until double in bulk, punch down, roll out and shape in desired size, let rise and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
