Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream until fluffy all ingredients. Pour into paper lined cupcake pans.
    Fill 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Put pie filling or preserves on top.
    Chill.
    Makes about 22.
