Breakfast Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. plain mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, margarine, sugar and salt until warm.
    Add flour mixture and potatoes.
    Beat with mixer 30 seconds on low, then 3 minutes on high.
    Stir in remaining flour with spoon.
    Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Stir down; roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in hot oil until brown.
    Dip in Donut Glaze.
