Polish Kielbasa At Christmas Time - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean boneless pork, ground coarse
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 cloves garlic, crushed fine
    1/2 c. water
    sausage casings, washed
Preparation
    Mix well and stuff in casings.
    Makes 4 small rings.
    Cook in large pot, covered with water, for 45 minutes.
