No Bake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 c. chocolate bits
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt chocolate in the milk over low heat, stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from heat; add peppermint. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for frosting. Add remainder to crumb mixture. Stir until all crumbs are moistened. Turn into pan. Press down. Spread reserved chocolate mixture on top; chill.
