Sesame Chicken(From Israel) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. good paprika
    salt to taste
    2 lb. chicken thighs
    2 eggs, whipped
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Blend together in a large bowl with flour and sesame seed, along with the paprika and a little salt.
    Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture.
    Dip them first in a mixture of the eggs and chicken broth, then back into the flour again.
    You may brown these lightly in a frying pan and finish in the oven or you may simply bake them at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
