Gourmet Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. (4 oz.) medium noodles
    1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) tomato juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Place beef, onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt in an electric skillet.
    Heat at about 350\u00b0; cook and stir until beef is browned. Add noodles.
