Rindsragout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushrooms (undrained)
Preparation
    Brown steak with onion.
    Heat broth to boiling.
    Mix sour cream with flour; stir into broth and add mushrooms.
    Season to taste.
    Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a slow oven for about an hour or so.
    Serve over hot noodles or rice.
