Banana Split Cake(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cold sticks butter, cut into slices to beat
    3 whole eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    graham cracker crust
    4 bananas, sliced
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    cherries and pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Beat butter, eggs, vanilla and powdered sugar for 15 minutes with electric mixer.
    Cut in 1/2 with butter knife.
    If mix stays separated, it is thick enough.
    If mix is runny, add more powdered sugar and beat a little more.
    Put 1/2 of mix in each graham crust. Spread evenly to cover bottom.
    Place a layer of bananas and pineapple in each pie.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
    Can be made a day ahead.
