Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 pkg. soda crackers
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Crumble crackers.
    Add eggs and pepper.
    Amount of pepper can be reduced, if desired.
    Make into patties.
    Fry patties in oil until brown.
    Remove from heat; drain on paper towel.
