Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thinly sliced apples
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix in bowl and set aside the apples, cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Mix flour, 2 1/2 cups sugar, oil, unbeaten eggs, salt, orange juice, vanilla and baking powder in a large bowl.
    Beat until smooth.
    Grease and flour large tube pan. Alternate batter and apples, beginning with batter and ending with apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
