Mock Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/4 C margarine
    1 lb. ground chuck (can use more meat)
    8 oz mushrooms, optional
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 C sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In frying pan, saute onion in margarine over medium heat. Add meat & brown. Drain off fat. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms (if desired). Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream (room temperature). Heat through. Serve over cooked noodles, rice or bread.
