Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 small yellow grated onion
    1 1/2 medium chopped carrots
    1 small jar chopped pimiento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt to taste
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix or croutons (Italian seasoned)
Preparation
    Boil carrots, onions and squash until tender.
    Put in blender or processor.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake in casserole dish 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
