Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Remove stems and seeds from peppers.
    Rinse and drain on towel.
    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
    Stuff peppers with beef mix.
    Pour remaining tomato juice over stuffed peppers.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
