Marinated Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) rump roast
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine wine and remaining ingredients.
    Place roast into a heavy-duty Ziploc bag and pour combined ingredients into the same bag.
    Seal and refrigerate overnight.
