Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. diced leeks
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced broccoli
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/3 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a saucepan and add leeks, onion, celery and broccoli.
    Saute about 5 minutes over low heat, so that the butter won't brown.
