Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl combine 1 1/3 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, sugar,
    Crisco
    and
    salt,
    just
    until\twarm;
    stir occasionally to melt Crisco.
    Add
    to dry ingredients in bowl; add egg.
    Beat with
    electric
    mixer
    for
    1/2 minute;\tscrape sides of bowl constantly.
    Beat
    3
    minutes
    at high speed. By hand stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Place in greased bowl;
    turn once to grease surface. Cover; let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours,
    until
    double.
    Punch
    down;
    turn\tout
    on lightly floured surface.
    Cover; let rest 10 minutes. Shape as desired. Cover;
    let rolls rise 30 to 45 minutes until double on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
