Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. frozen raspberries, thawed
    1/4 c. raspberry liqueur
Preparation
    Combine ingredients. Cover and let stand for 5 days or more at room temperature.
    Strain vinegar and pour into a sterilized bottle. Discard raspberries. Store vinegar at room temperature.
