Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeeze out excess moisture
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    pepper to taste
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix spinach, potato soup, Parmesan cheese, sour cream and pepper together well.
    Top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes in casserole dish at 350\u00b0.
