Tomato Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
3 c. V-8 juice, heated
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot V-8 juice.
Let cool.
Mix cheese with mayonnaise.
Add to cooled V-8 mixture (I mix with a hand beater). Place in oiled ring mold and refrigerate.
