Pancho'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. American cheese
2 small cans (2 lb.) whole tomatoes
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, remove seeds
Preparation

Blend cans of tomatoes (juice too).
Put in Dutch oven.
Add garlic powder, cumin and pepper.
Dice the jalapeno finely.
Add to mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Add the cheese (grated) until melted.
Remove from heat and cool.
Mixture will be thick and lumpy.
Add 1 cup of water and blend.
May freeze.
Makes a lot!
