Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. cake flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sour cream and sugar.
    Add the other ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
    Important:
    beat for exactly 4 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Check after 1 hour. Good without frosting!
