Salami Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 lb. salami, cut in 1/8-inch strips by 1/2-inch long
    2 green olives (small)
    2 roasted peppers
    16 oz. soft cream cheese
Preparation
    Heat pan.
    Add 2 tablespoons juice from olives plus 2 tablespoons juice from peppers.
    Cook salami until limp.
    Add olives and peppers.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve hot or let cook. Good with crackers and chips.
