Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. spaghetti, broken in pieces
5 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 c. canned mushrooms (including juice)
5 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
3 c. cooked turkey, cubed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti in boiling water until just tender (do not overcook).
Melt butter; blend in flour.
Stir broth into flour mixture.
Add cream.
Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add salt and pepper, drained spaghetti, mushrooms, green peppers and cooked turkey and cheeses.
Stir and put into casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
