Homemade Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rolled oats
    1 c. Bran Flakes
    1 1/2 c. sesame seed
    1 1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. soy flour
    1 c. non-instant dry milk
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. broken cashew nuts or almonds
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. honey
    1 c. dates or raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients except dry fruit in a large mixing bowl.
    Combine honey and oil in a large measuring cup.
    Pour over ingredients, folding in with a large wooden spoon until well coated.
    Pour into a
    large roasting pan and bake at 250\u00b0 about 1 hour, or until light brown in color, stirring occasionally.
    Cool and store in glass jars with tight lid.
