Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 heaping c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. melted butter
6 eggs, beaten well
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa and butter well, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake in an 18 x 12 x 1-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cover after 10 minutes of cooling time with waxed paper.
Finish cooling.
Ice as soon as cool. German chocolate cake icing is wonderful on these brownies.
