Potato And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 large potatoes, sliced round
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom or chicken soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a greased oblong pan, alternately with meat; sprinkle with onion around.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour soup and water mixture over it.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven, after sprinkling cracker crumbs over the top, for 45 minutes.
