Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unsifted self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir shortening into flour and sugar.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add buttermilk to this, then add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Turn out on floured sheet.
    Roll to 1/4-inch biscuits. Reserve remainder in refrigerator for next day.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
