German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
6 small apples (4 c.), diced
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. dates, cut
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat in eggs and oil.
Mix in apples, raisins, nuts and dates.
Batter will be stiff. Bake for 50 minutes.
