Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 chopped onions
    1 c. cream of chicken soup, diluted
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cut up squash and onions.
    Cook in salted water until tender; drain.
    Mash with potato masher.
    Mix chicken soup, sour cream and pimentos.
    Melt margarine over stuffing mix.
    Line baking dish with 2/3 of stuffing, then pour squash filling on top with rest of stuffing.
    Bake at 340\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
