Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. flour
    7 c. milk
    4 green onions, diced
    4 large baking potatoes, baked, peeled and cubed
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. salt (to taste)
    1/4 tsp. white pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Make a roux of butter, flour and milk. Add potatoes and onions. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add bacon, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
