Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 apple (any kind), cut up

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Keep 2 tablespoons crumbs for crumbs on top.
Add remaining ingredients.
Makes 1 cake in glass pan. Oil and flour pan.
Put crumbs on top.
Sprinkle cinnamon.
