Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, chopped or pureed
    8 cloves garlic, chopped
    double handful jalapeno peppers (fresh)
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. chili powder
    4 tsp. cumin
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes or puree them to equal one gallon. Seed the peppers if you wish mild sauce.
    Run the peppers, onion and garlic through food processor if you wish.
    Put all ingredients in a large pan and add salt, chili powder, cumin and vinegar.
    Cook down some (the longer cooked the better the sauce and hotter).
    Put in hot jars and seal.
