Coconut Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can coconut milk plus Wesson oil to make 2 c.
Preparation
    Combine sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.
    Combine all other ingredients and beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Fold in egg white mixture.
    Prepare 9 x 13-inch pan with grease and flour.
    Pour mixture into pan making sure all bubbles are removed by pounding pan on the table several times.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
