Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 3/4 c. diced celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise (add more if needed to moisten)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    potato chips, crushed or toasted bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend mayonnaise with lemon juice and stir into chicken mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until a few bubbles appear on top.
